The mission of the Texas Readiness Sustainment Maintenance Site (TX-RSMS) is to provide the Army National Guard with top quality military vehicle and component refurbishment or repair utilizing cost effective, safe and labor efficient methods that maximize savings for the Department of Defense and the American Taxpayer.
The TX-RSMS is operated by the Texas Military Department and is fully funded by the National Guard Bureau.  It is responsible for refurbishing tactical wheeled vehicles; consisting of the High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (LMTV/MTV), Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT), Palletized Load System (PLS) Truck, M1070 Heavy Equipment Transport (HET), M1975 Dry Support Bridge (DSB) Launcher Vehicle, and M1977 Common Bridge Transporter (CBT).

The TX-RSMS is an ISO 9001:2008 Registered Organization and our Quality Manangement System is accessed for conformance to the international standard by The Registrar Company, Inc.
