Austin Champion Car Dealership Recognized
Maj. Gen. Eddy M. Spurgin, Commanding General, 36th Infantry Division,
presented Dennis Annabelli, Austin-area Champion car dealership general
manager, with a plaque of appreciation. Champion Toyota and Champion
Chevrolet of Austin donated $7,000.00 to 36ID last year toward the
division’s annual holiday family gathering. "Your contribution enabled
the Soldiers and their families of 36ID to have a wonderful Christmas
this past year which is so very important since our next Christmas will
be spent in Iraq," said the general. "Thank you."

the Italian community of San Pietro Infine honors the
incredibly brave “T-Patchers” who fought to the death to
save them from the onslaught of German forces.
